Howlin' is an Antwerp-based clothing brand with a strong focus on traditional knitwear. Our collections are produced in Scotland, Ireland and Belgium, with craftsmanship, quality and a unique approach to design at the heart of everything we do.

We like to do things a little differently.

We are looking for a Creative Graphic Designer to help shape and further develop the visual world of Howlin'. Someone with a strong eye for graphic design and photography. Someone who not only brings ideas to life but also comes up with fresh ideas of their own.

What will you do?

• Develop original visual concepts and campaigns that strengthen Howlin's identity.
• Translate creative ideas into graphic design, photography, social media content, newsletters and digital campaigns.
• Take creative projects from the initial idea through to final execution.
• Contribute to the art direction, preparation and execution of photoshoots and other visual productions.
• Create and edit visual content for our website, webshop and online channels.
• Explore new formats, collaborations and creative opportunities.
• Work closely with our small team, combining creative experimentation with day-to-day production tasks.

Who are we looking for?

• You have more than 3 years of relevant professional experience in graphic design, preferably within fashion, lifestyle, culture or a creative studio.
• You have a strong portfolio that demonstrates both your conceptual thinking and graphic design skills.
• You have a distinctive visual perspective and a genuine interest in design, photography, fashion, music and contemporary culture.
• You are comfortable working on a Mac.
• You have excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• You are confident behind a camera and have experience in photography, image editing and digital content creation.
• You can work independently and turn creative ideas into finished results.
• You have experience working with the backend of an e-commerce platform. Knowledge of Shopify is a plus.
• Experience with Dropbox for file organisation and Notion for project management is a plus.
• Knowledge of motion design and video editing is a plus.

We are looking for a motivated and organised Assistant Store Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will support both our physical store and our online shop. You will ensure that everything runs smoothly and that every customer has an exceptional shopping experience.

Howlin’ is an Antwerp-based fashion brand with an international presence. The brand is located in the heart of Antwerp and sells primarily through international retailers. Production takes place in Scotland, Ireland and Belgium, with a strong focus on quality and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of our store in a structured and efficient manner.
• Ensure the highest standards of customer service and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare, ship and follow up on product orders.
• Manage products and stock.
• Work with Mac and Shopify for both in-store and online tasks.
• Weekend work is not a problem.
